Minds in Action President to Speak at ITTC 2002 Conference(Chicago, May 16, 2002) Raymond A. Talke, Jr., President and Founder of Minds in Action, Inc., has been selected to speak at the Information Technology Training Conference 2002 (ITTC 2002) on Monday, June 24, 2002. This year's conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Newport in Newport, Rhode Island. Ray Talke will be presenting Building the Best IT Certification Program to conference attendees at 4:30 PM local time. Many IT organizations are establishing professional certification programs to assess and validate the skills of their employees, business partners, and customers.
